This is a flexible trust that allows you to have complete control of your assets with the Bank's experts guiding you every step of the way. Living trusts may continue following death for the benefit of your family.
Irrevocable Trust with Investment Management
These are often created as estate planning tools or as a charitable gift. With Centennial BANK acting as your trustee, we'll handle everything from tax reporting to distributions.
A Charitable Lead Trust pays an amount of income and/or principal to the charitable beneficiary you choose for its term, paying the reminder to non-charitable beneficiaries at the end of the term.
A Charitable Remainder Trust pays an amount of income and/or principal to a non-charitable beneficiary for a term of years — not to exceed 20 years — or the lifetime of the living individual, paying the reminder to the charitable beneficiary at the end of the term.
Life Insurance Trusts
This type of trust owns your life insurance policy (or policies). It pays the premiums to keep the insurance in force, collects the death benefits and distributes the money according the terms of the trust. A life insurance trust removes life insurance from your estate for federal tax purposes, allowing the full amount of your policy proceeds to pass to your beneficiaries.
Our experts work with you to provide investment management that matches your financial goals while giving you the flexibility to manage your own portfolio or let us do it for you.
You make the money, let us do the work! We serve as custodian of your investment assets while you or your investment council make all the decisions and let us take care of the details.
Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs)
Our experts will help you get the most out of your retirement by investing your IRA based on parameters you establish or letting you take control of investment decisions while we continue to maintain the account.
